By being a member and using BALKAN Code, you agree to everything on this page. We have to do this to protect both you and us and make running this service possible.

Introduction

Code is BALKAN App's proprietary online IDE that can be used to assist in the website development process.

1. Your account

Your account is your responsibility. If you create an account on code.balkan.app, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

2. Your Responsibility

Your code is your responsibility. All the code you create on BALKAN Code can be used from other people for whatever they like. Don't put anything on BALKAN Code that wouldn't be OK. People don’t have to pay you to use the things you make on Code. People can fork your work and modify it. We are not reviewing and can't review all the material posted in Code. Don’t put nasty or copyright-infringing things on Code. Don’t put any confidential data on Code. Don’t use Code to do bad things. If you do, we’ll remove your account and you personally are responsible for any trouble you cause. We can remove all your data form Code any time if we decide to do that.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. All title and ownership rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images and photographs embedded in the Software), the intellectual property embodied in the Software, and any trademarks or service marks of BALKAN App that are used in connection with the Software are and shall at all times remain exclusively owned by BALKAN App and its licensors. Any and all rights in the Software not expressly granted to you hereunder are reserved in all respects by BALKAN App.

4. Changes

We are constantly updating our Services, and that means sometimes we have to change the legal terms under which our Services are offered.

5. Disclaimer of Warrantiess

Our Services are provided "as is." BALKAN Code and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind. Neither Code nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Code or its licensors be liable to you on account of that user’s use or misuse of or reliance on the services or Code site arising from any claim relating to this agreement or the subject matter hereof. Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

7. Indemnificationy

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
