OrgChart JS Privacy

Privacy when using OrgChart JS: keep your data in your hands.

At BALKAN App, we know how important privacy is when working with sensitive organizational data. That is why OrgChart JS is designed to give you full control over your information.

Trial Edition

Your chart data (the actual content) is not shared outside your domain. Only node IDs and structure are transmitted, and solely for the purpose of calculating node positions.

Paid Edition

With the licensed version, nothing is shared outside your domain. There are no external calls to our server and everything runs entirely on your own infrastructure.

Export and AI Features

When you use export to PDF, PNG, PowerPoint, Visio or AI features, the data is temporarily processed on our secure Microsoft Azure server in Europe. Data is stored for one hour and then automatically deleted.

If you prefer, you can install export and AI services on your own server, so no data leaves your control.
